How do I sign up ?

Is there a long-term contract or commitment ?
No long term contracts or commitments. Cancel or suspend your account at any time via text or email.

When will my order be picked up and returned ?
Orders will be picked up Tuesday and delivered on Thursday. (will be expanded soon!)

I have special instructions for my order !
Just let us know how you want your laundry done ! Choose the water temperature, the type of detergent, and whether you like fabric softener or not.

Where will laundry be picked up and dropped off ?
Ideally, your laundry should be protected from the elements. A front or back porch, entry way to your building or your garage all make great pick-up/drop-off locations.

What happens if you lose or damage an item ?
Quality is our top priority, If we lose or damage an article please notify customer service within 48 hours of the laundry being returned to you. Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for laundry that is lost or damaged by the weather before it is picked up or after it’s dropped off at your home or business. Please click on the "Terms Of Service" tab at the top of this page for more on our Loss or Damage policy.

Do you separate colors from whites?
We cannot accept the responsibility of making this determination. Most customers put their whites in a separate bag INSIDE our nylon laundry bag with special instructions like: "bleach whites" or "cold water only on colors"....
