The Wash • Dry • Fold process:
- Simply drop-off your laundry anytime we are open, 7 days per week. Currently open 7:00am-7:00pm (Sunday, Monday & Wednesday) and 7:00am-6:00pm (Saturday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday)
- Use your own bag, hamper or container (or purchase one of our own washable laundry bags)
- We wash your personal laundry with either Arm & Hammer detergent or hypoallergenic detergent upon request, but you are always welcome to provide your own detergent, softener, bleach and dryer sheets with your order for us to use. We can label and store your own supplies for future orders or are happy to place them back with your completed order
- Our friendly attendant will weigh your laundry bag on our commercial scale and provide you with the exact cost, so there is never a surprise
- You can typically be on your way in under 1 minute or less
- Pay through cash, credit/debit or for the fastest service store your card in our secure operating system
- You specify what service you would like same day, 1 day or 2 day and we will strive to exceed your expectations
- You will receive a text message immediately confirming that your laundry is being “cleaned” by our fully trained staff
- Once your laundry order has been washed, dried, folded and packaged you will receive a second text message that your order is ready to be picked up at your earliest convenience
